On Monday, March 6, House Republicans unveiled their plan to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act (“ACA”). Although the proposed legislation repeals or amends several provisions of the ACA, based on a preliminary review of the current key provisions, the Biologics Price Competition and Innovation Act (“BPCIA”) appears unaffected.
