Goodwin and the Big Molecule Watch team are looking forward to participating in two exciting industry events in June. On Tuesday June 7th, Nick Mitrokostas will lead a panel discussion at the BIO International Convention. Nick’s panel, “Piecing Together the Hatch-Waxman, BPCIA and PTAB Puzzle: Revealing the Big Picture in Patent Challenges Brought in Multiple Fora” will discuss different approaches to patent litigation for biologic drug products. Co-panelists include Lori Wolfe of Teva Pharmaceuticals and Claire Vasios of Alkermes, Inc.
On June 14th, Rob Cerwinksi will speak at American Conference Institute’s 7th Annual Biosimilars Summit. Rob will address how to distinguish a biosimilar product from the reference product while minimizing the risk of legal claims that may arise from the promotion. Goodwin and the Big Molecule Watch team have a limited number of gratis passes to the event. Please contact Carrie Gilman (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you are interested in attending as a guest of the Big Molecule Watch team.
