Q&A With August’s Featured Editor: Shaun deLacy
Shaun deLacy is an associate in Goodwin’s New York office.
BMW: If you could have dinner with any prominent figure (world leaders, celebrities, dead or alive), who would it be and why?
Shaun: Prince. I sadly never saw Prince perform when he was alive, and would take any opportunity to meet the man who elevated his entire existence into a virtuosic performance. Dinner would end with Prince playing a towering solo, throwing his guitar into the restaurant crowd, and disappearing into the night.
BMW: Where would we find you on a Saturday afternoon?
Shaun: Playing some street hockey at one of the rinks around the city.
BMW: If you could make one rule that everyone must follow, what rule would you make?
Shaun: One must power down, unplug, and restart any electronic device that isn’t working before seeking technical support.
